While Brik Construction NY ensures all work is built to code, the client is responsible for providing any necessary building management (Co-op/HOA) approvals and, unless otherwise specified in the contract, fees associated with municipal permits.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Late payments may result in a work stoppage to protect the project’s financial integrity.

The content, logos, and photos of our work (including Kitchen, Bathroom, and Commercial projects) displayed on this site are the property of Brik Construction NY. Unauthorized use of these images or text is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Brik Construction NY is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural, electrical, or plumbing issues discovered during demolition.

  • Delays caused by third-party material suppliers or weather.
